Do you use music that could get you into trouble?

There are many really good music libraries featuring very talented artists. But most of the libraries do not allow adult use or use in pornographic productions and material.

Using music content that goes against a library’s terms of service could spell trouble for you down the road. You can face having to remove your content and potentially face fines ranging from $30,000-$150,000 per violations. It just isn’t worth the risk. instead make sure you make your self familiar with the terms of service, known as TOS before you buy or license a track. Just because you paid for a track doesn’t give you the right to use it if it goes against the music company’s license agreement.
